After becoming a parent, your whole perspective to look at things around you and your life
changes dramatically. Your focus is your children and their wellbeing. Being a mother, whose profession has been teaching for years, I have seen and also realized that education and health are two important aspects of every child's life, but unfortunately the world that our children are growing up in is very convoluted, messy and full of pressure. This contributes to other physiological issues like anxiety, low esteem, fear, stress etc.
Importance of Meditation
People who meditate generally lead happier lives compared to non-meditators. Meditation enhances the flow of constructive thoughts and positive emotions. Studies conducted at the University of Wisconsin proved that meditation directly affects the brain. For instance, the brain’s grey matter responsible for stress and anxiety shrinks in size after consistent meditation. practice of meditation, carried out on a regular basis, will mitigate the symptoms of stress and anxiety.
If we make a habit of meditating, we feel mentally fresh and we are able to deal with difficult situations more easily.
